this is where it all started for Guy.

In 1981 he began his journey in photography when he was contracted as the “house photographer” for the internationally acclaimed disco “The Limelight” in Atlanta. It was here that Guy secured his first Associated Press International photo release with his image of Anita Bryant. This one photo was featured in over 320 domestic newspapers, and dozens of national and international magazines.

“I got a call one morning from Peter Gatien (owner of the Limelight) to thank me for getting a shot from his club on the front page of the Atlanta Journal - I thought he was kidding me  ... he wasn’t. Those were some interesting days and nights.”
